Shipping and delivery
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for production and shipping. This timeframe includes both the time needed to create your item(s) and the time required for delivery once your order has shipped.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
